Advertising on WOWCIO.COM and (not for profit 501(c)3) is a great way to make a difference.   A minimum amount of advertising dollars will be applied towards improving the quality of the WOWCIO.COM experience, whereby leaving the majority of the advertising dollars towards making a difference in the life of a child.   WOWCIO.COM looks forward to providing adoption grants to adopting families, medical grants for children in need of life altering medical treatment(s), life opportunity in educational and trade scholarships as well as life sustaining food, nourishment and care to the children left behind.

Requirments for Agency Advertising on WOWCIO.com

1. An agency must be licensed in their state for International Adoption Services.
2. WOWCIO.com reserves the right to reject a request for agency advertisement for any reason. 
3. WOWCIO.com reserves the right to cancel an agencies advertisement/relationship at any time, should we find violation of our mission and policies.
